MatchCraft Football Academy is seeking indoor venues across Melbourne's north and west for its planned October 2026 youth football launch. We propose structured weeknight sessions and agree responsibilities, documentation and trial terms with each venue before anything begins.

A professional weeknight program
Structured two-hour sessions on the same nights every week, under a formal venue agreement. Your hall stays active and cared for during otherwise quiet weeknight hours.
Clear operating roles
MatchCraft proposes to handle coaching, equipment and family communication. Venue access, scheduling and each party's responsibilities are confirmed in writing before launch.
Documents agreed before launch
Before any session begins, MatchCraft will provide the agreed insurance and child-safety documentation for the venue's review. Final responsibilities are recorded in the venue agreement.
A partner in your community
Local kids developing in your facility, week after week. One nominated contact on each side, professional conduct, and families who treat your venue with respect.

Your venue provides
- Indoor hall (min. 20m × 15m)
- Hard indoor flooring (no outdoor footwear)
- Access to toilets and basic facilities
- Safe drop-off / pick-up area
- One nominated contact person
You never need to provide
- Coaching staff
- Equipment
- Recruitment or supervision
- Family communication management
MatchCraft proposes to supply coaching staff, equipment and family communication, subject to the agreed operating roles.

- 02Either party may end the trial with 7 days' notice — no lock-in
- 03Formal venue agreement once you're satisfied
